Los Angeles and Bay Area attorney Mary Mayo is proficient in every aspect of probate law, trust law, probate litigation, trust litigation, estate planning and real estate law and real estate litigation, including partition actions.

Mary has represented clients in will contests and trust litigation, probate and trust administration, creditor claims in probate court, negotiated lease and contract terms on behalf of her clients, drafted revisions to CAR purchase and sale agreements of California real property.

Mary Mayo is a member in good standing with the California State Bar, admitted to the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of California, and volunteered previously as a certified California mediator at the court in Contra Costa County, mediating breach of contract and real estate lawsuits.

After Mary Mayo received her J.D. from USF School of Law, she clerked for the Hon. Randall J. Newsome, joined the litigation group at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. Mary utilized her J.D., legal training, and MBA in her role as general counsel for a telecom company in the South Bay before joining her spouse, Terry Mayo, in his real estate and trust and estates practice.
